Heather Pruim, RN, BSN, OCN®, CBCN®, is a dedicated oncology nursing professional with extensive experience in patient-centered cancer care and clinical leadership. She currently serves in a leadership role in medical oncology, where she oversees patient care delivery and supports interdisciplinary teams in providing high-quality, evidence-based oncology services.
Heather’s clinical background includes specialized experience as an oncology nurse navigator, where she has played a critical role in guiding patients through complex cancer journeys. Her work emphasizes care coordination, patient education, and emotional support, ensuring that patients and their families receive compassionate and comprehensive care throughout treatment.
